I had a credit limit given to spend, I ordered a few things for delivery next day. On the day of my delivery I received an email saying I needed to pay by credit/debit card as I no longer had a credit limit with them. I emailed them as I was shocked, still not heard back after 3 weeks. I think it's disgusting how they do this as it seems it happens a lot, poor customer service wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!
I don't understand how they're even still up and running with how they pester people with sales calls even after what they've put them through with the whole revoking their credit limit and not informing anyone. Disgusting!
