“poor quality and extortinate postage”

Order some underwear from chums. Arrived quick, almost next day. Then it went downhill. I paid £4.99 postage so I expected good quality packing and at least signed for or recorded delivery. NO. Sent by ordinary post and in a flimsy black plastic bag. How on easrth do they have the nerve to charge £4.99 for that!!!!!!
The item was extremely poor quality. I know it was cheap but even so this was below poor. The size ordered was not the size of normal other shops items. IN FACT ONE WOULD HAVE TO BE 2 SIZES SMALLER THAN YOU ARE TO FIT IT.

I am extremely dissapointed and disgusted with the quality and the cost of postage. I am returning the item with a note of this and I hope I get my refund without any hassel.
