“Quality & Customer call centre very poor”

I have bought over 30 short sleeve shirts which looked great and comfortable, after wearing them over 5 separate holidays, they have frayed on the seams & button holes. The material as gone like Muslin ( very loose cotton cleaning cloths) very loose threads that have no strength.

Contacting Cotton Traders direct to ask for e-mail address ( to send photos to them of a problem) and they say they do not have an email address, the call centre will Not help the customer to help them! The call centre say contact the shop purchased from ( I was trying to help Cotton Traders).

I feel that they need to go out of business because they do not know how to deal with people.

People working for them need to look for another job, because the customers will not buy with this type of service.
