“No flexibility, and push to buy EVERYTHING”

We had what we thought was a nice 'First' meeting with the adviser, who wanted us to consider buying everything, all additional insurances, wills etc (was certainly food for thought). But when he called to set up the second meeting to do the application, we mentioned our concerns re: his 5 year fixed suggestion, and the adviser snapped! He told us he wouldn't be dictated to and said the tail wouldn't wag the dog! AVOID. If you simply want to remortgage, and have certain cover through work, AVOID at all costs.
