“Multiple lies & no sign of a refund”

I would not give any stars to this company, but there is no option for that..
They will take your money, never send you the item, and then tell you a convoluted pack of lies to obtain a refund - which they will never fulfil. If you send them money, you might as well just say goodbye to it.. Hopefully trading standards will shut them down.
