“New Seats Suck”

I just don't understand how new seats can be worse then the old ones. Twice now I have been unfortunate to have experience these seats. They are hard, short seated angled so you slide forward. I understand the need for more seats/fares. What I don't understand why you can't get comfort too. They did not sit in them long enough in testing. They also should have worked a little harder finding a company who can manage both size and comfort. I will only use United if that's my only option. Get a clue.
