So I ordered a bottle of chocolate whiskey for my partner and a cider making kit for my dad for Father's Day on the 24th of May. I paid next day delivery to ensure it all got here. For some reason, either I clicked on the wrong address or it was a mistake on their part it was sent 6 doors down. The lady sent it back because of the mistake. I contacted Firebox via email and was told they can't resend the items or refund me the £52 because of it being alcohol. They also told me if I still want the items I must reorder and repay for it because my items will be scrapped when they get back to them.They have offered me no help except telling me no, no and no. Will not be coming back to them or seeking help off them again.
