“Paid £1500 up front -sent wrong engine - engine returned ”

I paid for a replacement engine for my Audi up front - £1500 - They sent the wrong engine so I sent it back but a promised refund has not materialised. Five times they have assured me the cheque is in the post but nothing has arrived. They refuse to speak to me or return my calls. The stress of this is making me ill. They are evil, heartless people who take advantage of decent people. Richard Wales
