In the begining I was disappointed from WIMDU, becasue when I booked an apartment my money went instantly into WIMDU account, but few hours later the owner denied my booking. After several days, when I finaly found another apartment (with a support of another agency) I couldn't pay the amount, because the limit of my credit card was not enough, thanks to this. My money was still blocked in the bank.
I suggest you to chage the manner of taking instantly money from the guests, if there is not 100% availability from the host.
Positive: The advisorĀ called my on my cell phone to apologise me for inconvenience and gave me a cupon for 100 Euro. It was very kind! Thank you!
