Hi, while I'm very happy with the ease & price of the holidays offered at A1 Travel, with no problems navigating the site & seeing everything about the booking very easily & mostly transparently my one HUGE comlaint was my booking last July (2013). I have used A1 Travel for quite a few years now & have never had cause to complain however, I booked a holiday in June 2013 to travel in the September & the admin charge was £12.78 which given that in 2009 it was £5 was still very reasonable. When I came back from the Sept. 2013 holiday I booked up again in October 2013 for my May 2014 holiday, now I know that I accepted the holiday & the price (which was a very good price, no complaints there) but when i got the invoice showing the breakdown of the cost it showed an admin charge of £80.29 which in anyones book is a very very big increase of over 500%.I emailed customer service a few times but never received a reply & i eventually rang to see if they could offer ANY sort of justification for the increase but got nowhere at all with the woman I was talking to, other than that I am very pleased with the service I have received from you over the past few years.
