“No items received and money taken out of my bank AGAIN”

So stupidly I decide to use boohoo , I should have learnt from my mistakes!

No order delivered and apparently I refused the order according to the tracking website so my items have been taken back to the depot.

This is the second time this has happened! My money has been taken out of my account and yet again I am without my items and yet again I am sat here frustrated by the service provided.

Don't use boohoo!
