“Worst company I've ever dealt with - words fail me”

Like many others, I wish I had never purchased anything from this company from the Ideal Home Exhibition in March. I ordered a cooler trolley from them and although it was delivered at the end of April as promised, it was not delivered in the same condition as was displayed. It was severely damaged and initially I was optimistic that Regatta would sort the problem out. I was just being fobbed off. The number of times I was told a new batch of cooler trolleys were in and one would be delivered to me has been far too many. E-mails are ignored and as for telephone calls, the two managers who are brothers in this family run business, are now never available to talk to me. They are either loading the lorry, on the phone, not at their desk or in a meeting. I have now been assured of another date for the delivery of the new cooler trolley and collection of the old. Under no circumstances would I buy anything from this company again, I cannot trust them.
