“good enough”

I booked the holiday. I had to change it due to work circumstances. I was on hold ... without ever speaking to anyone .... from 4.40 to 5.20 !!

When I did get through, they were great, helpful, efficient, and polite. I have to compliment their staff, lovely friendly and helpful, maybe they should have a few more of them to try to cut down on that hold time... that hold.... unbelievable!
Maybe it was the time I rang, because I had to ring again the next morning, about 10.10am and I was only on hold for about 10 minutes.

When you ring them, you must have a touch-tone telephone.

The hotel was exactly as they said. I was very happy with the holiday.
