“Poor customer service”

Awful customer service. The team have clearly not been trained in how to deal with customers and how to find resolutions (even though the customer service team are called the resolution team)...
Please please only order from Habitat if you are happy to wait ages for your product, if you are happy to chase them when they promise to call and if you are happy to not have your issues resolved!
Poor customer service skills.
