This is my 3rd time to use landlord direct seeking a new tenant. I have been dealing with one member of staff only. This i particularly like. You dont have to go over past history of your case . I was told of her working hours so I knew when to phone her and she kept me informed when she would not be in the next day. On this occasion she actually delt with my urgent request on her day off.Amazing service. She knew me by name and was bright intelligent and professional.I quickly found suitable tenants and although I did not take to the referencing service, its actually quite a good idea. I have been renting for 25 years and have always made up my own mind if a tenant is suitable.
