“Amazing Customer Service”

Just transferred my 30 or so sites (2 WHM Accounts, 10 or so cPanel Accounts) to DataFlame after a less than great experience with my previous hosts.

Having sketched out the details of the transfers which included 2 eCommerce sites with DV and EV SSL certificates, the guys at DataFlame followed my instruction and worked round the clock to get everythig sorted.

They were open and honest when things didn't go to plan and quickly resolved any issues and kept me fully indormed along the way.

My previous hosting seemed unable to cope with backups, being crippled by resource limitations, the SSD VPS with DataFlame flies through these now in seconds. There is also a bare bones backup which my prevous hosts said they had but never had any when I really needed them.

The costs is 50% greater than my old hosts but I feel I am getting better equipment, resources and most importantly service than I ever got with my old hosts. I guess you get what you pay for.

Overall extremely satisfied with the whole process, lets hope they keep up with the levels I have now come to expect!
