Excellent, easy and friendly ordering service and excellent courier service with hour by hour parcel tracking which is extremely helpful. I recently purchased another garden item from a different supplier and the courier dropped it off with a neighbour despite strict instructions not to do so as I wasn't 100% the size was right - now struggling to return the item - online retailers take note the courier is an extension of your company!!
