“Very poor quality and worse customer service Lisburn”

Bought a conservatory suite at 919 pounds. Arrived damaged setee replaced after 6 weeks wait. Cushions are now failing at seams and wooden arms splintering . Promised a refund three times and was rudely treated by customer service girl who put the phone down on my wife. Very poor . I have now asked the credit card company to do a cash back. AVOID
