In my humble opinion, the problem with All Saints is, that their clothes are rather expensive + there is no cheaper equivalent that would offer similar style. Personally, I don't care about their clothes being hand made or about their horn buttons (TBH I'd rather have plastic ones) but I just love their design. After many years of lurking, I eventually pulled a trigger and bought one of their coats, only because I really could not find it anywhere else. And I am happy. I had a very good experience both, with the store and buying from their website. No issues at all, but I must admit, their return policy when buying at the store is unfair. Yes, as customers, we are obliged to check retail policies, but at the same time, it is very unusual these days for the shops (and an expensive ones in particular), to not offer a refund within 28 days but only an exchange or a gift card. In my opinion, this should be clearly stated at the time of purchase. At the same time, I totally get the rationale behind this practice. It protects genuine buyers from purchasing brand new and expensive clothes, returned by people that would just buy something for a night out with an intention to return it the following Monday. But still, in my opinion, the information about return policy is not clearly displayed.
