“3XD Insurance ”

Currently have a claim going through on my house insurance. Following high winds in February 2014 we had storm damage to to roof. 3XD State they are unable to pay for this damage and have refused on the grounds that when the house was built the roof was put on incorrectly as is does not have the membrane under the slates and therefore was constructed wrong.. The house was built around 1940....
Therefore I consider this company to be very poor as it is now June 2014. My slates are still slipping, my roof leaks and they don't care despite my constant calls to them
