“Hotel direct - best find ever”

This was the first time I had used hotel direct and they were brilliant. I had confirmation of my booking later the same say. Closer to my booking I received a text and email reminder of the reservation and when I got to the hotel all the paperwork was in order and they were waiting for me. The pricing was absolutely brilliant - can't believe how they manage these prices for the fantastic quality of the hotels which they use. Thank you.
