When arranging delivery I informed the staff member I am disabled and on my own. It was agreed two people would be part of the delivery team. Upon arrival there was only the driver. Luckily I did have a male friend (pensioner) visiting who happened to be here and assisted the driver.

Getting the furniture delivered on time, having been let down by another company was great
