“customer service helpline is terrible”

We have a website with these guys e commerce so rely very heavily on it being live.
the site has been down and offline at least 20 times this year and for longer than a day if it fails friday no one looks at the problem until monday.
what i find so bad is there sales staff are excellent but when you call to resolve a problem you get through to someone you can barley here or understand that is half way across the world and has no idea how to assist you keep you on the phone for an hour to then say i need to message admin !!!
pass the book - we never get a call back never get an email saying were trying to resolve.
look i could rant all day my advice here is AVOID as with anything thats a bargain to get into there backup or helpline is TERRIBLE and why does the site constantly go offline ....... very unhappy customer and we have 100s of really upset customers who now think were out of business..
