“Didn't have a clue”

Was recommended by Hetheringtons the agent we were buying the property through in Chingford to use their mortgage advisor. This young girl barely out of school visited our house to complete all the relevant paperwork. It was obvious from as soon as she sat down she did not know what she was doing. She seemed to be checking her social networking site on her phone all the time and at one stage looked like she was taking a photo of herself. She would not make eye contact with us and instead of talking about mortgage options just tried to sell us different insurance policies. We ended up telling her we had to go out just to get rid of her and have since sourced a decent mortgage deal through our bank. What a waste of space do not waste your money and use countrywide.
