I should have read the returns policy more thoroughly. I returned a coat costing £16. I had previously ordered a dress last year and to be honest I think it was way over priced for the quality. I had to chase customer services for my refund. I think Plumo are trying to compete with Toast by Post but they just dont compare.

selling rabbit fur items! So disappointing and sad! I thought we lived in a civilized country that had evolved to know better.
