“disappointing, just damn right nasty, sad, lose of money”

A really bad web site to shop on. this is what happen to me. I ordered goods to the amount of £76.97, include delivery cost of £14. on the day my delivery arrived. The delivery man said to me that you have to pay £14 for vat or I am taking it back. The web site never told that me about vat charges. I said to the delivery man the web site never told me about the vat charges, I said I am not paying you £14, the delivery man took my delivery back with him, he never explained anything to me, why they are asking me for extra money. the delivery man was very rude, no manner, no respect, so I thought they are trying to rip me off me for more money when I have paid a lot of money of £76.97. A few days later, I thought the delivery would go back to the sender and I would get my money back a in a few days, but I got never my money back. when I contacted them by emailed about this, they told me customer is responsible for loss of money and items This was shocking to me, from jjs house the person who told me this is Lily wang. contacted jjs house web site four, five time, asking for my money back, but every time they refused to give me my money back. I spoke to 4 advisor on jjs house web site. I have lost my money and items this is heart breaking for me. I ordered wedding shoes, which I never got, when I paid for them. I have ordered from so many web site, never got this problem.
