Using the diary is easy and informative about the calorie values and fat value. I have found it has really educated me on how laden some of my favourite foods are with fat and calories and I can now make better choices about what I eat and portion size.
I love the 5 a day counter too.
I am not a big fan of the gym but knowing how much I can burn calories through gardening, housework and walking has been very motivating.
