“CIPD Diploma overall course quality”

I found the ICS staff polite and helpful although I would have liked a slightly faster response time when submitting a query.

I found the course material to be informative and clear. It was easy to refer back to previous sections and all overlapped well. A couple of areas were slightly out of date but employment law often has amendments so is to be expected.

I found the tutors very helpful and always willing to provide support when needed. I was reassuring to know they were there to support me whenever I needed it.
