“reservations are worthless”

Made a reservation for an impala or similar for 10:30 am. I arrived on time and was told there were none available but they could upgrade me for additional fee. I didn't want to pay more and was told to come back in 30 minutes, they were washing some other cars. I waited and went back to the counter and was told the same thing...could upgrade or wait. I reminded them that I had made a reservation and was told it is first come first serve. Walked over to EZ car rental counter, informed them of my situation. They gave me an impalae and matched the price I had from Firefly. Will not use Firefly nor recommend them to anyone.
