I am STILL waiting for a delivery that I paid for next day delivery for. When I called I was advised that I missed the cut off for next day delivery as I ordered at 3.50pm. The cut off on their website is 4pm, so unless maths is escaping me here.... SO... that meant it would be a day late. But nope, here we are 48 hours later and I'm still being told "tomorrow". Will tomorrow ever come?!! Would NEVER EVER use this site and would most certainly advise everyone I know against it.
