“Becks No longer brewed in Germany!”

Cases of Becks have been my only weekly alcoholic supermarket purchase for the last 5 years,the taste, the quality and the price.Never feel jaded the next day,not a wife beater,like Stella or Kronenburg, just perfect. Bought a 20 pack from Asda last weekend, cracked open the first bottle and instantly thought that tastes odd,had another couple same feeling,really disturbed.Looked for any obvious differences,and there it was, no longer IMPORTED printed on the bottle,but BREWED WITH GERMAN HERITAGE,a quick spin of the bottle confirmed my suspicions,brewed in the UK,in Luton!
I guess all good things must come to an end,although i figured that due to the fact that this has been brewed in Germany under Germany Purity laws since 1516,i figured it wouldn't be in my lifetime...... Gutted......
Will have to revert to my second,more expensive favorite,Carlsberg Export....
Unless Becks has a rethink..
