I booked with on the beach the next day received a email asking me to contact them, they said the hotel we booked was not available and had not idea why, i asked why they were advertising it as availble and asgain she didnt know why.. i let out little laugh as it was quite comical as to why they didnt know anything about the hotels/holidays there were advertising , she hasnt even bothered to come up with another suitable hotel, the on the beach representaive then starting demanding how dare i laugh at her and what did i find so funny ! to say i was gobsmacked that on the beach employee and train staff to think it is acceptable to talk to a customer in this way is an understatment.

fair to say we cancelled the booking for 8 people with this company and will be formally complaining about there customer service skills..
