“Won't be using again ”

Im so disappointed in Suttons. I ordered stock and sweet pea plug plants. I got no warning either was on it's way but luckily I was here on both days, when they arrived separately....a week apart.

The stocks were in bad condition. No padding in the box, nothing to stop them rattling around except a silly plastic packing pillow that was too small and nothing to stop them drying out. The last 2 rows of the tray were completely dead. The 3rd row died a few days later.

The sweet peas arrived in slightly better condition but with one of the stalks completely snapped after it was caught in the plastic box by whoever sealed it and decided it was fit to be sent off.

After receiving the stocks I emailed Suttons via their website to ask when the sweet peas would be arriving and mentioned the bad state the stocks were in. To date I haven't received anything. Not even an acknowledgement. I see they have asked poor reviews here to contact them directly. Why exactly? You don't answer those of us that do.

I won't be using Suttons again and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone either.
