When I tried to make a booking the form did not submit so I used the chat help that appeared when I started the booking process. The response was immediate and after confirming that there was a problem someone from the site phoned me within a minute and did the booking for me. The person who spoke to me was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Within 5 minutes I had finished the booking process and received confirmation by e-mail.
First class service. Friendly and efficient. I certainly recommend this site to everyone.
