“Poor in every way”

Ordered bouquet for my 97yr old mother for Mother's Day. They were from my 76yr old brother who has leukaemia and lives in Australia. Flowers didn't arrive. Lots of phone calls at my expense, promises to call me back not fulfilled. Delivered the next day. Flowers wilted and box damp and in a sorry state. (Apparantly flowers had been 'in the van for delivery but taken back to the depot for delivery the next day by the carrier - Yodel) Why?
Did finally receive money back (will just about cover my phone calls) but promise of apology and voucher to my mum not fulfilled.
Not good enough Marks and Spencer.
The odds of my mum and brother enjoying another Mother's Day are slim.
You have lost my custom. Your products and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I could have done so much better by buying locally.
