“Disreputable doesn't describe them”

Hard to believe so many people had found themselves in the same position as myself laden down with trumped up administrative charges. I live overseas and have written to my mortgage company saying I haven't paid ground rent paid and mentioning to the mortgage company that they wrote to me on three separate occasions. Not sure where those letters were going but I certainly wasn't in receipt of them. When I called they said they couldn't send a letter overseas because their outsourced postage company only used second class stamps.They then claimed I should know when to pay because it's in my lease agreement and I shouldn't expect a reminder letter and I must now pony up 200 pounds in charges for letters I never received. Never in life am I late in making payments and I feel ripped off. Unethical practices with a very poor standard of service sums this lot up, never ever again would I invest in a property if Simarc were involved. Daylight Robbery best describes their practices.
