“Paid but my iphone is still locked”

I paid for the service last april 9 but until now my phone has not been unlocked yet. I recommended the same site to my friend and her phone is not unlocked as well. Don't waste your money. I emailed and wanted a refund but i haven't heard anything yet. 100% money back guarantee my ass!!!
