“Do not buy from, customer service approach is "go away"”

I have purchased from this company on a number of times, we are based in New Zealand and order high end football boots. They advertise free personalisation, I have had good service until raising an issue around the placement of personalisation on the boot, with my latest order.

I purchased two pairs of Nike Hypervenom boots over six months, the first pair was personalised on the outside of the boots, the second moved to the inside of the boot. I asked them to explain why had this changed?

I got no explanation and told I was confused, they sent pictures of where it was personalised on the inside while the adverts for personalisation show it on the outside.

Responses were really poor, defensive and didn't answer the question I raised. You can't find a senior person to raise this with and the person giving this says senior managers were consulted. Poor service culture, worst on line service post sales for an issue- stay away!
