“Returned items policy”

Written on: 05/05/2014

I am a vegan and thought that the gloves I ordered were synthetic. When I found they were leather you agreed to a refund. That was fine. What was not good was that you did not supply a freepost return label. Excellent companies provide freepost return labels and sometimes even a packet or box in which to return the item. I know, because I use some of them. I was also warned to consider some sort of recorded delivery method in case the returned item was lost in the post, thus adding to my cost. You should take a leaf out of John Lewis's examples on issues like this. They are exemplars.
