I ordered a pair of shoes and a bag to wear at my daughter's wedding. The bag arrived and an email was sent to me stating that my order had been split, so I waited for the shoes. Seven weeks later I telephoned and was told the shoes were discontinued and they had clearly known this weeks before. No attempt had been made to contact me about this and no refund of my money was made into my account. I asked for a refund, but instead I was sent an email giving me details of my new registration, which I had definitely not asked for. I asked about this and was told registration was automatically generated when my order was placed - WHAT, 7 WEEKS LATER? I have emailed three times now about a refund and in none of their replies have they even mentioned my refund, although they are polite and do say sorry for being slow to set up my account - the one I never wanted! The money was taken out of my account the day I placed the order, so why can they not put it back again as easily? This is a prime example of appalling customer care. I will never use this company again.
