“Poor Customer Service”

The facts of this are as follows:

I purchased a golf driver, wedge, glove, balls and shoes from Golf Direct and they supplied the wedge, glove, balls shoes and driver. However the driver was missing the head cover and tool to adjust the loft. I proceeded to phone Direct Golf and (I won't bore you with all of the calls) the end result of this was they said they would not supply the missing items and I would have to source them myself and they would issue a credit note. I asked for the money as I did not want to purchase more goods from them (due to my experience with the company) and they said yes to this.

I purchased the missing goods and I am still waiting for the refund. This started on 4 April 2014 and I have e-mails which state the refund has been issued.

Why I am disappointed:

Direct Golf UK are a sourcing company yet they asked me to do their job.

They have stated the money has been refunded and I am still waiting on it.

They never contact me first with updates I have to chase them.

They have never offered any compensation for the time it has taken me to chase them.

They have not been honest with me.

I don't want to deal with companies who treat paying customers like this.
