I ordered a battery from Battery-Megastore.co.uk - same company.
I had ordered the wrong item and phoned and emailed them before the order could have been processed. Nobody answered the phone and I got no return call or answer to my email. I then ordered the right item. Both arrived promptly. There are no complaints about delivery. If you have a problem though they don't respond. I returned the item signed for and know it was received.
I will give them a couple more weeks to process my refund and keep contacting them then I will fill out and send a small claims and see if they still want to ignore me.
