“free trial and timewasting at Highgate 'new' LA...”

two managers refused me a trial because email to me and street flyers invitations failed to state their arcane rule - failed to say you need photo ID (no other gyms in London do)which I did not have - apparently fearful of locker theft which is a problem with their membership - will not be returning nor recommending to friends as LA Fitness do not understand customer service and I would never contract with such a poorly managed business
