“Poor Up Front Information”

I ordered the 1.5 ton Hippobag on-line and of course just like everyone else in the world ticked the box about agreeeing to the small print T&C's.

When I cam to book the collection I was asked if a 15t wide vehicle could access my bag (no I live in a rural converted barnwith a fairly narrow garvel drive). So I used my tow bar to drag the bag nearer the entrance of the drive which is much widerand tried to book the collection again. This time i was asked if the bag was within 12 Feet of the road. In order to meet this criteria I had to get 4 men to left onto the verge of the road.

My point is if these two criteria are so important why not flag up warnings as you try to book on-line. Just to put the icing on the cake dealing with your people who take the collection bookings was very painful, they were unhelpful verging on rude and seemed only intereested in extracting some additional money from me.

Next time back to traditional skip!
