I went on Srilanakan airlines with my family last year to Colombo - cmb for a 5 week holiday and believe me it was not the airline I would expect it to be!!! Flt 504 from lhr - cmb could've been the worst trap I have ever been in!!!! The seats felt awkward, not much leg room, tangledwires, mouldy edges, fairly loose arm rests and etc. Seemed to appear on that aircraft. The only good thing was the help of the cabin crew, the entertainment system and the view!!! Believe me I have never been in such a death trap!!!??? Could you try and improve some off the cons by the next 2 years? Because I will be fliying again with srilankan next time.? On 3/8/13 the return flt 503 was 60% better than the leaving flight!!!! I would like to see a fair improvement by 2015? That means cost as well??? Other than that the flight was good...
