“Very good service”

I needed a new battery and re-seal on two watches. The price quoted was reasonable - less than a similar service on the High Street and less than the same service cost last time on the High Street!

The recommended method of delivery was Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance and this was also the method of return which worked well but is also quite expensive. I would have preferred to drop off personally but this is not yet possible and would not suit everyone anyway.

The Watch GP completed the job very quickly and except for the public holiday it would have been a 3 day turn round so any delay was the post, which is obviously out of their control.

The work was done well and comes with a good guarantee.

The email and information was very quick and clear and they kept me well informed throughout.

All round excellent service.
