“Poor response from company when they delivered another...”

First time if using this company and I ordered a plant for Mother's Day only for a totally different plant to be delivered ironically of which my mothers already has lots of in her own garden. IFlorist offered a £5 gift voucher in response and although I've contacted them since to say that this isn't really good enough and could they re-deliver the Peach Rose gift plant to my mother free of charge I have no response. I have suggested that they post 'currently' of of stock' remarks on any plant/ flowers on their website that they do not have stock of to save future customers being duped in the same way, again they've not commented. Simply put they took my money, delivered a plant that they or their agent considered suitable and that's the end of it. I wouldn't use again because their customer service is obviously very poor. No encouragement to use them again.
Trading Standards will be made aware of this poor excuse of a web based flower/plant company who do not do what their web site says !
