“Holiday to Florida”

I first booked my hols to Florida back in June. I was recommended 2 locations within Florida. However, he had recommended the better out of the 2. I was a bit apprehensive about the Resort but went with my gut instincts. Paying off was very simple, easy & quick, which again I could not fault at all. Coming up to my hols, we came across a problem a REAL DELAY in obtaining a passport for one of the children. The passport was finally received by going up to Peterborough to obtain the passport the day before travels. Then we encountered another problem in obtaining the child's USA visa. I again rang Genie Holiday and yet again he was absolutely outstandlingly helpful and he finally obtained the USA visa for the child, right up to the final hours of our family leaving for Florida.

We finally set off to Florida the following morning. On arriving to Florida and viewing our apartment, I was absolutely amazed it was GREAT! He had recommended this family resort and it was definitely up to great standards. (Orange Lake Resort Holiday Inn.

There was a total of 7 in our Florida trip and everyone was so very happy with the apartment & resort. The resort was HUGE and the apartment had absolutely everything in it.

After tell all my family and friends of the wonderful experience and great resort we stayed in, several other members of my family and friends are looking to visit next year. I will definitely be visiting next year and I would be definitely calling up him again to help and advise my future holidays as I love to travel several times throughout the year.
