I booked with this travel agency for the first time.I received immediate feed back and was kepT informed re arrangements until the time of my inital travel.I travelled on Kenya Airways as a passenger needing special services.Both the staff on the plane and most of the ground staff were attentive and helpful. The airline provided me with excellent seats and I was very happy that Catcflight had put everything in place for my travel arrangements.Thank you very much. Not forgetting that the price of the ticket was very competitive.
