“Customers don't seem to matter”

I ordered from Holland & Barret but did not receive a confirmation. I chased them after nearly three weeks. They said they no longer did this item and immediately refunded the money. The email was anonymous, and they did not offer any alternative. They had taken my money and did not bother to make contact. I emailed to complain about their service and ask them exactly when they would have refunded me if I had not chased them. They never replied. The inference is that they cared nothing for customers. I ordered from Amazon instead. I received an immediate confirmation and the item was despatched next day. I know who I will order from in future.
